Meet Renske!
Renske founded ML+O Digital at the start of 2026 following a redundancy in the iGaming industry. Originally from The Netherlands she's studied Corporate Communications in Utrecht, got her bachelors degree, packed her suitcase and moved to Dubai. From there on she's created a successful marketing career with a wealth of experience in B2B marketing. After volunteering for a dog rescue organisation in Dubai and expanding her dog family from 1 to 4, they relocated to the Isle of Man to exchange the buzz of the city for open fields and green nature.
After spending a decade working in Travel, Customer Loyalty Programmes, iGaming, and Finance, she decided to address the recurring pain point she's seen in different industries throughout the years. Onboarding new marketing software does not automatically mean that the people in your business know how to get the most out of it straight away. This can lead to frustrations and disconnect, one of the most occurring one is between marketing and sales. And let that be a challenge that I love to solve!
